The first step is to request a remote service appointment. This can be done over the phone or by using our online service scheduling form. During this initial step we create a secure logon exclusively for your use.

 

Step Two   Click on the link you receive via email to receive service

You will receive a link to our remote service logon via email or telephone. Simply click on the link to install a small remote utility. A chat session is then opened and the service begins. that is all there is to it.  After your first remote support, you will have access to a secured site for on demand service when needed.

The fee for service is $60.00 per hour and will be charged to your credit card at the time of service.
At the end of the session you will receive a complete report on the service and receipt for payment.
