By facilitating our monthly optimization service, service on your home PC or notebook is a simple click away. For as little as $30 per month,  evolve provides an entire year of maintenance on your system.  Our residential service agreement includes optional monitored virus protection and spyware protection to safeguard against  identity theft and hackers, a monthly optimization, and additional discounts  if services outside the scope of the agreement are every required.

Ultimately, you have a personal certified technician and application specialist helping your system maintain optimal performance each end every month. 

Included in the service:

ü      Hardware and software inventory of your system including Microsoft software licensing and component level specifications.

Each month the following is performed to keep your system performance optimized

ü      Two levels of system optimizations using our specialized tools and utilities*

            Corrections to registry corruptions

            Corrections to application registration related issues

            Optimization of Hard drive data storage management

            Removal of unnecessary performance reducing applications and background services

            Inspection of backup existing procedures

ü      Security inspections and corrections to potential vulnerabilities

ü      Review of system hardware and testing for potential hardware failures

ü      Inspection of existing backup procedures

ü      Evaluation and review of virus / spyware protection and scan results

                                   Removal of virus / spyware infections if detected

ü      Installation and review of Microsoft security and virus protection updates

ü      Customer notification of any abnormal findings or potential problem areas with the corrective actions taken or recommended future actions that should be taken by the customer

ü     All work is performed over a 256 bit encrypted web connection and conveniently conducted at times your system is least likely needed by you...   
 
*Each month  we correct the areas that most commonly  reduce system performance, inspect your PC for potential device failures, and to top it all off, we review  your system security to insure you are free of viruses, spyware and other identity theft related threats. In addition to the system reviews and corrections, we run a combination of optimization utilities to efficiently scan and repair your system for incorrect application settings and invalid registry entries. 
To top it all off, we discount  remote service 10% for any support needs that fall outside the scheduled optimization service. 
 

Web Based remote service
Our remote support technology is scalable based on the unique needs of each individual client. For residential or occasional service needs our a web based platform is the perfect match. The chat session is launched though a 256 bit encrypted site to ensure security. From this level an interactive chat session is created and a service technician works with you to provide assistance. This foundational "Help Desk" feature is all that is needed to resolve many common issues. If more direct support is desired, a small utility is accepted by the user to allow our service tech direct access to the user's PC or server. From this point our tech can interact with the system and launch diagnostics, run applications and implement corrections to optimize the system. Throughout the remote service process, the user has full control of the system and can terminate the connection at any time.  At the end of the session, the utility that allow us access is automatically removed.
